Do I need a foreign credit card?

No. Pivott invoices you every month in XCG and you pay locally.

How long does installation take?

Most installs are done in a single visit, after a short site check by phone or on location.

What if my cable run is longer than 20 metres?

Home plans include up to 20 m. Extra metres are quoted during the site check and added to your first invoice.

When am I billed?

Monthly in advance, on the date your service was activated. Your first invoice covers installation, the kit and the first month.

Can a business use Starlink as a backup line?

Yes. Our business plans are built for failover, with a managed firewall, a public IP address and 24/7 link monitoring.
